Pete Koson
Some 30 years ago, Peter Koson purchased a 165-acre woodlot from Gill Bailey, managing member of the Landmark Companies. A friendship developed, and when Pete sold his insurance company, it seemed only natural that he take a part in the land business. His low-key, personable, honest approach with potential clients made him an immediate hit with anyone who interacted with him. He enjoys being Landmark's first contact with the public as well as introducing them to the excitement of land ownership.
Being a New Hampshire native of 68 years, Pete continues to bring an awareness of the intrinsic benefits of land ownership to all those lucky enough to take a "tour in the woods" with him. Pete lives in Alstead Center with his wife Michelle and is often found working on the woodlot he purchased many years ago.
